Ingredients
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder with parsley
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, fresh
- 4 - chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup your favorite pasta sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- GARNISH:
- - parsley
How To Make chicken parmesan

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2In a shallow dish, combine panko, italian seasoning, garlic powder & parmesan; mix well & set aside.

Step 3In a large ziplock bag, add chicken & mayo; shake evely to coat. Remove chicken & coat in crumb/cheese mixture. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.

Step 4Bake 20 minutes. Top each piece with pasta sauce; then mozzarella. Bake another 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked & cheese is melted. Garnish with parsley & serve.
