Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast or 8 cutlets
- 1 1/2 cups Panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- splash of milk
- 1 cup flour
- frying oil
- fresh basil
- marinara sauce
- pasta
- mozzarella cheese
- garlic and onion powder
- salt pepper
How To Make chicken parmesan

Step 1Cut chicken into cutlets. You can pound them if you like them thinner.

Step 2In 3 different plates or bowls combine 2 eggs and a splash of milk in one. Panko bread crumbs, parmesan, garlic and onion powder and Italian seasoning in the second and flour in the third. Season all with a dash and salt and pepper.

Step 3Dip chicken in flour, egg mixture and panko in that order set on a plate.

Step 4Heat oil and fry the chicken.

Step 5Spread marinara sauce on the bottom of Pyrex dish. Put in chicken cover with a little marinara and parmesan. Cover with foil and bake on 350 for 30 min.

Step 6When chicken is done baking put mozzarella on chicken and bake until cheese melts

Step 7Sprinkle with fresh basil and serve with pasta.
