After pizza and spaghetti, chicken parmesan may be the post popular Italian-American entree out there. I have tried fixing it at home, but did not taste as well the restaurant version. This recipe is very easy and taste great.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- - hot pepper flakes to taste
- 6 - boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup basil chopped
- 8 ounces mozzarella, shredded
- 4 ounces parmesan, grated
- 1 5 ounce packages garlic croutons
How To Make chicken parmesan

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 21. In a 9-13 pan add the following in order: 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 cloves of crushed garlic, hot pepper flakes to taste, your 6 (you may need to split them down the middle for cooking) boneless skinless chicken breast, 2 cups marinara sauce evenly spread over chicken, 1/4 cup basil (best if you use fresh), 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 ounces grated parmesan, spread the garlic croutons over the top, and finish with the cheese. 4 ounces mozzarella and 2 ounces grated parmesan.

Step 3Place in oven and cook for 35 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 155 degrees. If the top is getting too dark, than lay a piece of aluminum foil across the top.
