How to Make chicken parmesan

  1. Preheat your oven to 400degrees.
Pour about a 1/4cup, or more, of tomato sauce into your baking dish ( glass, ceramic)to cover the bottom of it. Lay uncooked chicken on top of it. Season with a litte bit of italian seasoning.
sprinkle with a little bit of cheese. Pour rest of sauce on top of chicken or until covered ( i love tomato sauce so i just use the whole jar). Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the top and than to top it of with more cheese, use the rest of your cheese.
Bake in the oven for about 45-55 minutes or until no longer pink.
  2. Boil whole grain pasta according to box.
Serve the chicken and pasta hot. pour the tomatoe sauce over pasta aswell.
Add a salad or anything you like.
