Ingredients

  • 4
    chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1-2
    eggs
  • 1 jar(s)
    spaghetti sauce
  • 2 c
    mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • ·
    salt & pepper to taste

How to Make Chicken Parmesan

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese, italian seasoning & salt & pepper, set aside. Beat eggs in a bowl, set aside.
  2. In a fry pan, pour 2-3 tbsp olive oil. Dip chicken in egg mixture and then in bread crumbs. Brown on both sides. Transfer chicken into a baking dish. cover with spaghetti sauce and sprinkle cheese on top.
  3. Bake covered for 45 minutes in a 375F oven. Remove cover and bake 10 more minutes to brown cheese.
  4. For a side dish boil some spaghetti noddles. Spoon some sauce on top and more Parmesan cheese.
