Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup fresh parmesan shredded
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella shredded
- fresh basil for garnish
How To Make chicken parm meatballs

Step 1Mix the chicken, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, egg, Parmesan and salt and pepper. Shape into 2 inch balls. At some oil to large skillet and brown the meatballs on all sides.

Step 2Pour the marinara sauce over the meatballs and cook over medium heat until meatballs are done. Sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese over the top and let it melt.

Step 3Serve garnished with the basil.
