Ingredients

- - 3 t. margarine
- - 1 small onion, sliced
- - 1 cup sour cream
- - 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- - 1 can cram of chicken soup
- - 1/2 to 3/4 cup sherry cooking wine
How To Make chicken parisienne

Step 1Season breasts with salt and pepper; melt margarine in skillet. Brown chicken on both sides.

Step 2Arrange chicken, onion and mushrooms in a casserole or baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients together in another bowl

Step 3Pour over chicken. Bake at 400 for 40 to 50 minutes. Serves 4
