  • ·
    2 to 4 whole chicken breasts, halved
  • ·
  • ·
    pepper to taste
  • ·
    3 t. margarine
  • ·
    1 small onion, sliced
  • ·
    1 cup sour cream
  • ·
    1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • ·
    1 can cram of chicken soup
  • ·
    1/2 to 3/4 cup sherry cooking wine

How to Make Chicken Parisienne


  1. Season breasts with salt and pepper; melt margarine in skillet. Brown
    chicken on both sides.
  2. Arrange chicken, onion and mushrooms in a casserole
    or baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients together in another bowl
  3. Pour over chicken. Bake at 400 for 40 to 50 minutes. Serves 4
