Ingredients
- 1 - chicken, cut up
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons hungarian paprika
- 1 tablespoon lard
- 1 - large onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 - yellow pepper, chopped
- 1-2 tablespoon sour cream
How To Make chicken paprikash

Step 1Season chicken with salt

Step 2cut up onion into small pieces and lightly cook it in lard. Slightly sprinkle the onions with paprika.

Step 3Add cut up chicken, and some water. Stir it well.

Step 4Add yellow peppers and some paprika. Salt and sauté in a covered pot. Add water as needed while the meat softens.

Step 5On the side. Mix flour and sour cream. Then add it to the chicken and bring it to a boil once more.

Step 6You can also serve this with mashed potatoes instead of dumplings but I like the dumplings
