- DUMPLINGS
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 2 - beaten eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- CHICKEN PAPRIKAS
- 1 - onion chopped
- 4 tablespoons shortening
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 12 - pieces of chicken, disjointed
- 1 can chicken broth (large can)
- 48 ounces sour cream (3- 16 ounces)
- - salt to taste

Step 2Chicken Paprikas: Brown Onion in shortening, add seasoing(paprika and salt) and 3-4 pieces of chicken. Brown 10 minutes, add broth cover and simmer slowly until tender. Remove chicken. Add sour cream(1-16 ounce) to drippings and mix well. Add to dumplings in another pot until you make all the gravy. Then arrange chicken on top.
