vegetable juice
1.5 tsp

seasoned salt
1 tsp
olive oil
1/4 c
sliced green onions
minced garlic clove
1/2 lb
chicken breasts, cut into 2" strips
2 Tbsp
sour cream
1 c
hot cooked rice

How to Make Chicken Paprika


  • 1Combine vegetable juice, flour, paprika and salt in small bowl; set aside.
  • 2Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat.
  • 3Add onions and garlic; cook 1 minute.
  • 4Add chicken strips and cook until chicken is lightly browned.
  • 5Add vegetable juice mixture.
  • 6Cook until mixture boils, stirring often.
  • 7Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
  • 8Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
  • 9Serve over rice.
  • 10Sprinkle with parsley.
