Ingredients
- 3/4 cup vegetable juice
- 1.5 teaspoons flour
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 - minced garlic clove
- 1/2 pound chicken breasts, cut into 2" strips
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 cup hot cooked rice
How To Make chicken paprika

Step 1Combine vegetable juice, flour, paprika and salt in small bowl; set aside.

Step 2Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat.

Step 3Add onions and garlic; cook 1 minute.

Step 4Add chicken strips and cook until chicken is lightly browned.

Step 5Add vegetable juice mixture.

Step 6Cook until mixture boils, stirring often.

Step 7Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes.

Step 8Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.

Step 9Serve over rice.

Step 10Sprinkle with parsley.
