sliced green onions
chicken breasts, cut into 2" strips
1Combine vegetable juice, flour, paprika and salt in small bowl; set aside.
2Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat.
3Add onions and garlic; cook 1 minute.
4Add chicken strips and cook until chicken is lightly browned.
5Add vegetable juice mixture.
6Cook until mixture boils, stirring often.
7Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
8Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
