Ingredients
- 6-8 - chicken breasts or pork chops
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
- 2 cans cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
- 1 package lipton onion soup mix
- 2 cans water
How To Make chicken or pork chops in rice

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Sprinkle dry soup mix over bottom of a 13x9 inch baking dish. Pour rice over soup mix.

Step 3Mix 1 can of water to 1 can of soup and pour over rice.

Step 4Season chicken or pork and place on top of rice.

Step 5Mix 1 can of water to 1 can of soup and pour over chicken or pork.

Step 6Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until rice is tender.
