    chicken breasts or pork chops
  • 1 1/2 c
    uncooked rice
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg
    lipton onion soup mix
  • 2 can(s)

How to Make Chicken or Pork Chops in Rice


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Sprinkle dry soup mix over bottom of a 13x9 inch baking dish. Pour rice over soup mix.
  3. Mix 1 can of water to 1 can of soup and pour over rice.
  4. Season chicken or pork and place on top of rice.
  5. Mix 1 can of water to 1 can of soup and pour over chicken or pork.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until rice is tender.
