How to Make Chicken or Pork Chops in Rice
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Sprinkle dry soup mix over bottom of a 13x9 inch baking dish. Pour rice over soup mix.
- Mix 1 can of water to 1 can of soup and pour over rice.
- Season chicken or pork and place on top of rice.
- Mix 1 can of water to 1 can of soup and pour over chicken or pork.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until rice is tender.
