Ingredients

  • 6-8 - chicken breasts or pork chops
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package lipton onion soup mix
  • 2 cans water

How To Make chicken or pork chops in rice

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle dry soup mix over bottom of a 13x9 inch baking dish. Pour rice over soup mix.
  • Step 3
    Mix 1 can of water to 1 can of soup and pour over rice.
  • Step 4
    Season chicken or pork and place on top of rice.
  • Step 5
    Mix 1 can of water to 1 can of soup and pour over chicken or pork.
  • Step 6
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until rice is tender.
