chicken onion ring quiche
i was out of onions and ham so i went to the cupboard and its now my favorite. this is also printed in one of the mixing bowl's magazine. they did a nice job on the picture

Ingredients
- 1 - pie shell nine inch
- 1 cup milk or half and half
- 3 - large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream, lite
- 1/2 teaspoon worcheshire sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cheese, any or combinatin of
- 7 ounces can of chicken or leftovers
- 1 can small can of onion rings
How To Make chicken onion ring quiche

Step 1bake the crust of 4 minutes. add the onion rings, cheese, and chicken. mix the eggs, milk,worcheshire, salt and pepper to taste and pour in crust and bake at 350 for about 1 hr. this reheats in micro very well.
