chicken on the fly

My pork chops didn't thaw in time for dinner, thankfully I have canned chicken on hand for nights such as this. I started with a recipe on another website(Tyson)and I ended up creating my own casserole. I hope you enjoy as much as my family has.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 can chicken packed in water
  • 1-2 cup milk (your choice i used 2%)
  • 1-2 cup shredded cheese (any blend)
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 package chicken flavor boost
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup to a cup of water
  • 1-2 cup frozen or fresh veggies of your choice(i used two different frozen blends that i had left over in the freezer)
  • about 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 package noodles, uncooked (any type)

How To Make chicken on the fly

  • Step 1
    Pre-heat oven to 350 grease pan, and put half the pkg of noodles in pan then place half of the chicken and half of the veggies. Repeat noodles, chicken, and veggies. (if you wish put some of the cheese with this mixture)
  • Step 2
    Mix all other ingredients and pour over the noodles, chicken, & veggies.
  • Step 3
    Bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
  • Step 4
    ENJOY!!
