Ingredients

  • 13.5 ounces chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric, ground
  • 1/8 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced

How To Make chicken on a biscuit

  • Step 1
    Put first ingedients in blender, using high speed, 1 minute or until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Pour into 2 quart saucepan and cook, stirring constantly over medium-high heat, or until smooth and thick.
  • Step 3
    Turn heat to low and add chicken.
  • Step 4
    Heat gently thoroughly.
  • Step 5
    Split buttermilk biscuits each in half and arrange in oval shaped serving dishes.
  • Step 6
    Spoon chicken and gravy over split biscuits allowing 1 biscuit per serving.
