biscuit mix
1/4 c
1/8 tsp
turmeric, ground
1/8 tsp
poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp
salt and pepper to taste

cooked chicken, diced

How to Make Chicken On a Biscuit


  • 1Put first ingedients in blender, using high speed, 1 minute or until smooth.
  • 2Pour into 2 quart saucepan and cook, stirring constantly over medium-high heat, or until smooth and thick.
  • 3Turn heat to low and add chicken.
  • 4Heat gently thoroughly.
  • 5Split buttermilk biscuits each in half and arrange in oval shaped serving dishes.
  • 6Spoon chicken and gravy over split biscuits allowing 1 biscuit per serving.
