  • 13.5 oz
    chicken broth
  • 1/4 c
    biscuit mix
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/8 tsp
    turmeric, ground
  • 1/8 tsp
    poultry seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c
    cooked chicken, diced

How to Make Chicken On a Biscuit


  1. Put first ingedients in blender, using high speed, 1 minute or until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 quart saucepan and cook, stirring constantly over medium-high heat, or until smooth and thick.
  3. Turn heat to low and add chicken.
  4. Heat gently thoroughly.
  5. Split buttermilk biscuits each in half and arrange in oval shaped serving dishes.
  6. Spoon chicken and gravy over split biscuits allowing 1 biscuit per serving.
