This delicious twist on a classic chicken parm recipe is so good we named it Chicken Oh Yes! You will LOVE it!

Ingredients

  • 3 clove
    garlic
  • 1/2 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 2 lb
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts

How to Make Chicken Oh Yes!

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.
  2. In shallow microwaveable bowl, stir together cloves of garlic, seasoned salt, oil, and butter. Microwave uncovered on high 1 minute or until butter is melted and stir.
  3. In another shallow bowl, stir together bread crumbs and grated cheese.
  4. Coat chicken pieces with garlic mixture; coat with crumb mixture. Place in ungreased pan.
  5. Bake 15-20 minutes or until juice of chicken is clear when cut.
