Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into nuggets
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 16 ounces cooked linguine for serving

Step 1Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

Step 2Add the olive oil to a saucepan. Add the chicken pieces, mushrooms, and onions and cook for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook 30 seconds.

Step 3Add butter to the pan. Sprinkle the flour overall and stir while slowly adding in the beef broth.

Step 4Add the frozen peas and cook 5 minutes. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce.
