My kids have definitely tested and approved these yummy nuggets..

Even the big kids love em!

So easy to make too! The cornflakes give them just the right crunch..this was what's for dinner tonight..not a one left..

  • 4 lb
    chicken breast, diced
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
    crushed corn flakes
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp
    onion salt
  • ·
    hot salt ( optional)
  • ·
    olive oil to coat chicken pieces

How to Make Chicken Nuggets Baked & Delicious


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix dry ingredients.
  3. In another bowl, coat chicken with oil.
  4. Roll chicken into dry mixture; place on a greased baking pan. I used my jelly roll pan.
  5. Bake at 400 for approximately 10 minutes on each side.

    They are very tasty. I sometimes switch my seasonings up. I have used creole seasoning to give some heat. I have also used hot pepper flakes. Use whatever you prefer.
