Ingredients

  • 3 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless (cut into 2" chunks)
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 pinch garlic pwdr
  • 1 pinch chili pwdr

How To Make chicken nuggets

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven @ 375%
  • Step 2
    In SMALL bowl beat eggs & then add water In MED bowl mix almond flour along w other spices; Dunk chicken in egg wash & then into flour mixture.
  • Step 3
    Place chicken chunks on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake approximately 18-20 mins flipping chicken chunks over mid way.
