Ingredients

chicken breasts, boneless and skinless (cut into 2" chunks)
1 1/2 c
almond flour
2
eggs
2 Tbsp
water
1 pinch
garlic pwdr
1 pinch
chili pwdr

How to Make Chicken Nuggets

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven @ 375%
  • 2In SMALL bowl beat eggs & then add water
    In MED bowl mix almond flour along w other spices;
    Dunk chicken in egg wash & then into flour mixture.
  • 3Place chicken chunks on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
    Bake approximately 18-20 mins flipping chicken chunks over mid way.
