Ingredients
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 - boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded or cubed
- 1 - 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 - 10 3/4 ounces can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 - 10 3/4 ounces can cream of celery soup
- 1 - 10 3/4 ounces can cream of chicken soup
- 10 ounces thin egg noodles.
- 1 - sleeve, ritz crackers, crushed
- 3 cups shredded, cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In medium skillet, fry onion and celery in butter until softened.

Step 2Pour into 9x13 baking dish.

Step 3In large bowl, combine chicken chunks, sour cream, poultry seasoning and soup. Stir in 2 cups of shredded cheddar. Stir in uncooked egg noodles. Pour mixture over onions in baking dish.

Step 4Top with crumbled crackers and remaining cheddar.

Step 5Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until top is golden and noodles are soft.
