chicken & noodle casserole

This is a recipe that came from the Campbell soup website. I changed the recipe slightly by removing the mixed vegetables called in the original recipe. This is similar to Tuna Noodle Casserole, but since I married the man that doesn't eat tuna, I had to come up with another way to get my semiannual Tuna Noodle Casserole and this is the answer.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 2 cups medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make chicken & noodle casserole

  • Step 1
    Heat the oven to 400'F. Stir the soup, milk, chicken, noodles, Parmesan cheese and black pepper in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbling. stir the chicken mixture. Top with Cheddar cheese. Let stand until cheese is melted.
