Ingredients
- NUOC CHAM
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro stems
- CHICKEN
- 3 - boneless chicken thighs cut into chunks
- - salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- NOODLES
- 8 ounces udon noodles
- GARNISH
- - cilantro leaves and green onions
How To Make chicken noodle bowl with nuoc cham

Step 1Mix the Nuoc Cham ingredients together and set aside. Cook the noodles according to directions on package drain.

Step 2Add oil to large skillet. Turn heat on medium high. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Stir fry the chicken until cooked through.

Step 3To serve Place the noodles in a bowl. Top with chicken and pour the Nuoc Cham over top

Step 4Garnish with Green onions and cilantro leaves
