Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, broiler-fryer, skinned and cut up
  • 1/2 cauliflower florets
  • 2 potatoes, sliced
  • 2 sliced carrots
  • 1/2 eggplant, cubed
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 sliced celery stalks
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 16 ounces tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon dill weed

How To Make chicken napoli

  • Step 1
    Place chicken and vegetable in 4 quart casserole.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle with pepper.
  • Step 3
    Add tomatoes, garlic powder, bouillon and water.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle with dill.
  • Step 5
    Cover tightly and bake at 350 for 2 hours.
  • Step 6
    Stir after 1 hour.
  • Step 7
    The flavour continues to develop as the casserole stands.
