- 2 potatoes, sliced
- 2 sliced carrots
- 1/2 eggplant, cubed

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 16 ounces tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
- 1.5 cups water
- 1 tablespoon dill weed

Step 1Place chicken and vegetable in 4 quart casserole.

Step 2Sprinkle with pepper.

Step 3Add tomatoes, garlic powder, bouillon and water.

Step 5Cover tightly and bake at 350 for 2 hours.

Step 6Stir after 1 hour.
