This is a yummy spin to my sisters "dip" recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 packages creamcheese (soffened)
  • 2 cans stage chilie (any flavor they are all good)
  • 1 large bag of shreeded mexiacn blend cheese
  • 1 medium bag of tortilla chips ( flavored is the best)
  • 1 package boneless skinless chicken breast
  • - 1/2 of an onion diced
  • - 1/2 package of mild taco seasoning
  • PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES

How To Make chicken nacho casserole

  • Step 1
    Cut chicken in to cubes and cook with mild taco seasoning and onions
  • Step 2
    Cook chicken completely
  • Step 3
    In a 9x13 backing dish spread the softened creamcheese in the bottom of the dish
  • Step 4
    spread the 2 cans of chili over the top of the creamcheese
  • Step 5
    Cover with a thick layer of shreaded cheese (save some for the next layer)
  • Step 6
    Crush chips and place a layer over cheese
  • Step 7
    Layer chicken over chips
  • Step 8
    Repeat steps until the top layer is thick with cheese
  • Step 9
    Bake in oven until cheese is completely melted and has a slight crisp look
