I created this one day when all i really had in the house was these ingredients! i love it so much that i make it at least 3 times a month!!

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast
- 2 - summer squash
- 2 - zucchini
- 1 medium onion
- - adobo powder
- - butter
- 1/2 to 1 boxes egg noodles

Step 1put enough butter in the pan to fry up the chicken. once the chicken has a nice color on both sides cut the chicken into bite size chunks and finsih cooking. sprinkle adobo and cook until all the chicken is a nice brown and buttery flavor and color! once chicken is done, plave in a bowl and put in microwave or over (if not preheating for biscuts :-) and save for when everything else is done!

Step 2next add more butter to the pan...yes i feel like paula dean! lol in the mean time, get a pot of water boiling to add either rice or egg noodles or any kind of pasta you like, i love this meal with egg noodles. then slice up the onion and let carmelize then i cut the summer squash and zucchini down the middle the long way then i chop into peices. leave them a good size, about a half inch so the have a bit of a crisp to them but not too much. add to the onions until they have soaked in the butter, and adobo from the chicken (if youre using the same pan) this usually takes me around 10 15 min or so you can eye it, make them to your liking! but this time your pasta or rice should be done soon...add the chicken into the vegie mix and cook long enough to get the chicken hot again.

Step 3once everything is done, put the pasta on your plate then the chicken and vegies on top of that and enjoy!
