- 8 ounces prepared stuffing mix
- 2.5 pounds chicken, whole
- 1/2 teaspoon browning sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons flour
How To Make chicken 'n stuffing

Step 1Clean chicken.

Step 2Prepare stuffing mix following package directions.

Step 3Stuff chicken, secure wings and legs to chicken body with string.

Step 4Combine browning sauce, water and bouillon.

Step 5Place chicken in microwave pressure cooker, pour water mixture over chicken, sprinkle with paprika.

Step 6If breast bone is near the top of the cooker, cover with a narrow piece of foil.

Step 7Cover pot, add regulator and microwave on high for 25 minutes.

Step 8Let pressure drop, remove chicken and thicken gravy by mixing flour with a little water and microwaving on high for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring at least once.
