Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups sauerkraut, rinsed, drained
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 tablespoons russian dressing
How To Make chicken 'n' kraut

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set chicken in bottom.

Step 3Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 4Spread the sauerkraut over each piece of chicken, top with a slice of the provolone, and cover with the russian dressing.

Step 5Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake until chicken is tender, approximately 15-20 minutes.

Step 6**NOTE** Use the sauerkraut that comes packaged in the plastic bags or in the glass jars.

Step 7The kind that is kept refrigerated in the market.
