How To Make chicken n dumplings
put chicken in large pot cover with large can of chicken stock and cook till chicken is done then remove from stock. saving 1/2 cup broth to use later
put three eggs in large bowl.add 1/4 teaspoon baking power and let stand for three min,mix well then add 1/2 cup of broth,mix again add salt,parsley,oil,and 1 cup of flour.beat again
add 1 cup flour mix well add remaing flour for a sticky dough. put flour on table roll very thin and add to your simmering broth till all the dumpling are gone.then add chicken off the bone and simmering for about 15min
the dumplings wont get tough if you simmering longer the best i ever made
