Ingredients
- - panko or bread italian bread crumbs
- 4 - chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 8 ounces chicken broth or stock
- 1-2 - cups mozzarella
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- - garlic powder
- 1 - egg, beaten
- - flour
How To Make chicken mozzarella perfecto~

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Add the parm cheese and garlic powder to the panko. Dredge chicken in flour, then into the egg and panko or bread crumbs.

Step 2Spray a baking pan with cooking spray. Place chicken on the pan and bake, or brown in a skillet for about 5 min per side. season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3Pour the broth into a small baking dish, place the chicken on top of broth and sprinkle with mozzarella.

Step 4Cover and bake about 30 min or until the cheese is melted and juices run clear in the chicken.
