How To Make chicken milano with a twist
-
Step 1in a shallow dish, combine flour & parmesan cheese, lightly coat each chicken cutlet
-
Step 2in a skillet, put 1 tablespoon of butter (and a drizzle of olive oil)this will prevent the butter from burning..cook the chicken cutlets about 2-3 mins on each side (till golden brown) do in batches, set aside
-
Step 3meanwhile,clean and slice the portabello mushrooms,in the same pan, after you finish with all the chicken saute the mushrooms, about 2 mins
-
Step 4time to assemble....place each chicken cutlet on a oven friendly platter...top each one equally with the sun-dried tomatoes, basil, mushrooms then top each with a slice of black forest ham and mozzarella...melt in oven, I served it with orzo pasta w/parmesan cheese mmmmm
