  • 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts, poiunded thin
  • 3 - eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup canola oil

    Preheat your oven to 200 F.

    Put eggs, flour, and breadcrumbs in separate dishes. Put salt and pepper in each.
