Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts, boneless
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 chopped carrot
- 3/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 finely chopped celery
- 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
- 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
How To Make chicken milan style

Step 1Sprinkle chicken with flour.

Step 2Heat oil in large pot, add chicken and brown on all sides over medium heat then remove chicken.

Step 3Add onion, celery and carrot and saute until lightly brown.

Step 4Return chicken to pot, stir in wine and tomatoes.

Step 5Cover pot and simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is fork tender.

Step 6Add parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.

Step 7Arrange chicken and sauce on a warm platter, garnish with parsley.
