Ingredients
- 2 or 3 cup - boiled chicken
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 - chopped bell pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 8 ounces grated cheddar cheese
- 6 1/4 ounces nacho cheese doritos (half a bag)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can rotel tomatoes with chiles
- 1 can cream of celery soup
How To Make chicken mexican casserole

Step 1In a 9x13 buttered casserole dish, layer crushed chips, chicken, chicken broth, onion and pepper. Mix other ingredients (except cheese, although I do add some velveeta to mine). Pour over casserole. Top with grated cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30/40 minutes til hot & bubbly.
