made these meatballs and had too many so i came up with this.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs or panko
  • 1/2 cup diced onion finely
  • 1/4 cup parmesean cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt/pepper
  • 2 - eggs
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 cans chicken broth small cans
  • 2 cups celery
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 16 ounces frozen veggies, your choice
  • 1 cup uncooked pasta shells
  • 2 pounds ground chicken or turkey

How To Make chicken meatball soup

  • Step 1
    add the crumbs, onion, parmesan, parlsey, onion powder, salt/pepper and ground chicken or turkey. roll into 1 inch balls. bake on jelly roll pan 20 min or until done. 400 degree oven set aside
  • Step 2
    add the water, broth, celery, onion and frozen veg. cook until tender.add the pasta. when done add the meatballs.
