Ingredients
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs or panko
- 1/2 cup diced onion finely
- 1/4 cup parmesean cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt/pepper
- 2 - eggs
- 3 cups water
- 3 cans chicken broth small cans
- 2 cups celery
- 1/2 cup onion
- 16 ounces frozen veggies, your choice
- 1 cup uncooked pasta shells
- 2 pounds ground chicken or turkey
How To Make chicken meatball soup

Step 1add the crumbs, onion, parmesan, parlsey, onion powder, salt/pepper and ground chicken or turkey. roll into 1 inch balls. bake on jelly roll pan 20 min or until done. 400 degree oven set aside

Step 2add the water, broth, celery, onion and frozen veg. cook until tender.add the pasta. when done add the meatballs.
