6chicken fillets, flattened
1/4 cwhite wine
1/2 cchicken broth
·olive oil and butter
How to Make Chicken Marsala (original recipe)
- Saute mushrooms in olive oil and butter. Add crushed garlic. Remove and set aside. Flour chicken, salt and pepper. Brown about 3 min on each side. Keep in skillet and add mushrooms. Add broth, wine, and a dash of lemon juice. Add more broth if needed. Cover and simmer 15 min. mix in a little cornstarch to make a glaze.
