Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breasts,boneless & skinless
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 1 cup carrot, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, fresh,sliced
- 1/3 cup marsala wine
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- dash - pepper
- dash - paprika
- dash - oregano, dried
How To Make chicken marsala

Step 1Combine flour, salt, pepper, & paprika.

Step 2Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Dredge in flour. Sprinkle with a pinch of oregano.

Step 3In a heavy iron skillet, heat olive oil with butter. Brown chicken about 5 minutes on each side.

Step 4Add carrots, mushrooms, marsala wine & chicken broth.

Step 5Lower heat, cover & simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with brown rice.
