chicken breasts,boneless & skinless
3 Tbsp
3 Tbsp
olive oil
2 Tbsp
butter, room temperature
1 c
carrot, sliced
1 c
mushrooms, fresh,sliced
1/3 c
marsala wine
1/3 c
chicken broth
oregano, dried

How to Make Chicken Marsala


  • 1Combine flour, salt, pepper, & paprika.
  • 2Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Dredge in flour. Sprinkle with a pinch of oregano.
  • 3In a heavy iron skillet, heat olive oil with butter. Brown chicken about 5 minutes on each side.
  • 4Add carrots, mushrooms, marsala wine & chicken broth.
  • 5Lower heat, cover & simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with brown rice.
