How To Make chicken marsala
-
Step 1Slice chicken beasts in two, so that you have 4 thin breasts. Put a piece of saran over each as you pound each with a mallet to flatten.
-
Step 2Mix the flour, salt and pepper. Dredge each piece of chicken in the flour mixture.
-
Step 3In a skillet, cook each breast for 3 minutes per side in a small amount of oil. ( I use only about a tablespoon).Remove the chicken from the skillet. Keep chicken warm.
-
Step 4In same skillet, add 1 and 1/2 Cups fresh mushrooms, Saute til browned.
-
Step 5Then add Marsalis wine, lemon juice, garlic and butter to mushrooms. Add the parsley. Stir and heat through.
