My family used to like eating it at the restaurant, until I came up with this recipe. I hope and you will enjoy my Chicken Marsala like my family is.

  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp

    chicken breasts bonless, skinless
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    marsala wine
  • 1/2 c
    chicken stock
  • 1/2
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 pkg
    fresh beby bella mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh parsley, chopped

How to Make Chicken Marsala


  1. Mix togtherpepper, salt and flour. Coat chickenwith seasoned flour. set aside.
  2. In a heavy-bottom skillet heat oil. Place chicken breasts inskillet and brown on both sides.
    Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  3. to the skillet add wine and stir untill wine is heated, then add juice , stock and mushrooms.
    Stir and reduce heat( cook for about 1o MIn.)or untill the sause is partilly reduced.
  4. Return broened chicken to the skillet. Spoon over sause over the chicken. Cover and cook for 5-10 mniutes or untill chicken is done.
  5. Serve sause over chicen, with mashed potatoes and steamed vegeatbles
