How to Make Chicken Marsala
1Mix togtherpepper, salt and flour. Coat chickenwith seasoned flour. set aside.
2In a heavy-bottom skillet heat oil. Place chicken breasts inskillet and brown on both sides.
Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
3to the skillet add wine and stir untill wine is heated, then add juice , stock and mushrooms.
Stir and reduce heat( cook for about 1o MIn.)or untill the sause is partilly reduced.
4Return broened chicken to the skillet. Spoon over sause over the chicken. Cover and cook for 5-10 mniutes or untill chicken is done.
5Serve sause over chicen, with mashed potatoes and steamed vegeatbles
