My family used to like eating it at the restaurant, until I came up with this recipe. I hope and you will enjoy my Chicken Marsala like my family is.

Ingredients

  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 4 - chicken breasts bonless, skinless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup marsala wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1/2 - fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 package fresh beby bella mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

How To Make chicken marsala

  • Step 1
    Mix togtherpepper, salt and flour. Coat chickenwith seasoned flour. set aside.
  • Step 2
    In a heavy-bottom skillet heat oil. Place chicken breasts inskillet and brown on both sides. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  • Step 3
    to the skillet add wine and stir untill wine is heated, then add juice , stock and mushrooms. Stir and reduce heat( cook for about 1o MIn.)or untill the sause is partilly reduced.
  • Step 4
    Return broened chicken to the skillet. Spoon over sause over the chicken. Cover and cook for 5-10 mniutes or untill chicken is done.
  • Step 5
    Serve sause over chicen, with mashed potatoes and steamed vegeatbles
