  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 2 c
    crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 can(s)
    mexican stewed tomato
  • 1 c
    shredded jack cheese
  • 1/2 c
    chopped cilantro

How to Make Chicken Margarita


  1. Marinate chicken in oil, lime juice and honey. Dip chicken into crushed chips and place on a baking sheet. In blender put can of tomatoes and add cilantro. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over chicken and bake until melted.
