1 largecut up chicken

1/4 cvegetable oil

1/2 cchopped onion

1/4 tspmarjoram, dried

1 clovegarlic minced

1 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper

1/2 cwhite wine or chicken broth

1 pkgfresh mushrooms
-
2whole tomatoe, diced
-
·chopped parsley
How to Make CHICKEN MARENGO
- Brown chicken slowly in hot oil. Add onion, garlic & marjoram; cook until onion is soft. Season with salt & pepper Add wine or broth, add mushrooms. Cover and cook over low heat for 35 minutes. Skim off any fat, Cut tomatoes and add to chicken dish. Continue cooking for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
