Ingredients
- 1 large cut up chicken
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram, dried
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
- 1 package fresh mushrooms
- 2 - whole tomatoe, diced
- - chopped parsley
How To Make chicken marengo

Step 1Brown chicken slowly in hot oil. Add onion, garlic & marjoram; cook until onion is soft. Season with salt & pepper Add wine or broth, add mushrooms. Cover and cook over low heat for 35 minutes. Skim off any fat, Cut tomatoes and add to chicken dish. Continue cooking for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
