Ingredients
- 2.5 pounds chicken
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 minced garlic clove
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 2 tablespoons flour
How To Make chicken marengo

Step 1Cut chicken into pieces, sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour and brown in oil.

Step 2Set aside.

Step 3Saute\' onions and garlic in same pan.

Step 4Add chicken and rest of ingredients, cover and simmer until tender (30-40 minutes).

Step 5White wine can be used for sherry.
