Ingredients
- 10 - chicken pieces
- 1/2 cup white wine, dry
- 1/2 cup chicken stock, no salt
- 1/2 cup pitted prunes
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup green olives
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 teaspoons oregano, dried
- 1/4 cup capers, drained
- - sea salt & fresh ground pepper
How To Make chicken marbella

Step 1Combine all ingredients except brown sugar and white wine, and marinate overnight.

Step 2Arrange chicken in pan, spoon marinade over, and sprinkle with brown sugar and wine.

Step 3Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, basting often.
