Ingredients
- 1.5 cups macaroni, cooked
- 6 slices low-fat bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped and cooked
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped and cooked
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, fat-free
- 1 cup fat-free sour cream
- 1.5 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 5/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1.5 cups fat-free cheddar cheese or lowfat shredded
How To Make chicken mac casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2Prepare a 8 x 12\" pan with cooking spray; set aside.

Step 3Return hot macaroni to saucepan.

Step 4Stir in bacon, chicken, onions and bell peppers.

Step 5In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, mixed vegetables, garlic powder and 1 cup cheddar cheese.

Step 6Spoon half the macaroni mixture into prepared pan.

Step 7Cover with half vegetable mixture.

Step 8Repeat layers.

Step 9Bake, covered, for 30 minutes or until heated through.

Step 10Top with remaining cheddar cheese.

Step 11Bake, uncovered, 3 minutes more.
