Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken breasts, boneles, skinless and cut in 1 1/2" chunks
- - flour
- - "just a pinch" of salt
- - "just a pinch" of pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and halved
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup parsley, fresh and chopped
How To Make chicken lucia

Step 1Season the flour with salt and pepper and dredge chicken in flour mixture.

Step 2Heat the oil and garlic in a large skillet; When hot, add the chicken.

Step 3Sprinkle with oregano and simmer over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes.

Step 4Add the artichoke hearts, drizzle with lemon juice and add water.

Step 5Cover and simmer until the chicken is done, 5 to 10 minutes, adding parsley in the last couple of minutes.
