Ingredients
- 1 - chicken-fryer
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can green chiles
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 cup macaroni, dry
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
How To Make chicken louisiana

Step 1Boil chicken and bone. Cook macaroni in chicken broth.

Step 2Saute onion in butter.

Step 3Combine chicken, macaroni, sauteed onion, green chile, mushroom soup and cheese. Mix together well.

Step 4Place in 8x12-inch pan and bake @ 350 for 1 hour. Enjoy!

Step 5*Side Note - I use boneless chicken breasts and boil them in chicken broth to save time. Also, I cover this dish in foil to bake.
