This was one of my favorite dishes mom made when I was younger. Now I make it for my family and they all love it!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    skinless, boneless chicken breast
  • 1 c
    orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    molasses
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 tsp
    mustard, spicy brown
  • 1/4 c
    diced onions
  • 1/4 c
    red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • dash(es)
    black pepper
  • 1/2 c
    chili sauce

How to Make Chicken L'Orange

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix all ingredients except chicken in a medium bowl
  3. Place chicken breasts in large baking dish, pour sauce over and cover
  4. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Serve over rice
