Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup milk
- 3 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 2 tablespoons onion, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- `/1 teaspoon sage
- SAUCE:
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- dash pepper
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 3 ounces sliced mushrooms

Step 1Combine all but sauce ingredients. Mix well. Turn into greased 8x4 pan, bake 40-45 min at 350 degrees.

Step 2Sauce: Melt butter, blend in flour, pepper (and salt if you want). Add broth, stirring until thickened. Simmer 5 min, stir in drained mushrooms and serve over chicken.
