My mom has always enjoyed chicken livers....I need a little help to be able to eat them. This elevates them a bit and makes them look pretty!

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken livers
- 2 teaspoons butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons shallots or green onions, minced
- 1 large tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
How To Make chicken livers provencal

Step 1Saute livers in butter and oil in a medium skillet 8 to 10 minutes or until livers are tender.

Step 2Add shallots and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add the tomato and the next 3 ingredients; cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Step 3Remove from heat and stir in the parsley.
