Easy crock pot recipe. I've done this with chicken and pork and both are GREAT!!

Ingredients

  • 6-8
    lean pork chops (1 inch thick)
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 2 can(s)
    chicken and rice soup

How to Make "Chicken Licken" good pork chops (or Chicken)

Step-by-Step

  1. Dredge chops in mixture of flour, salt, mustard, and garlic powder. Brown in oil in large skillet.
  2. Place browned chops in crock pot. Pour soup over all. Cover and cook on LOW 6-8 hours (or HIGH for 3 1/2 hours). May use thinner chops; cooking time shorter.
  3. Try skinless, boneless chicken breasts instead of pork chops!
