NOTE:

Depending on how thick or thin you pound the chicken will determine, along with how accurate your oven is…how long you’ll need to bake it.

And pounding the Doritos, Panko and chicken, well it’s wonderful for getting your mojo going…..ha ha ha

  • ·

    1 cup panko break crumbs

How to Make Chicken lick’in good

Step-by-Step

  1. Step one, pound the chicken ¼ or ½ inch thick
  2. Step two…mix one cup mayo with the 2 tablespoons Sriracha hot sauce
  3. Step three…put one cup Doritos fiery Habanaro chips in a zip lock bag and pound to make crumbs
  4. Step four…put one cup Panko in a zip lock bag and pound to make it a wee bit finer
  5. Mix the Doritos and Panko together in the bag and shake to mix, don’t forget to zip the bag up first…otherwise you’ll have a mess…..trust me on this one…..
  6. Take the mayo mixture and put some on the bottom of a container then put one breast on top, add some more mayo mixture then the other breast and top with remaining mayo.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  8. Take each breast out and place them on a baking sheet. You can use a no spray if you like, or foil or parchment. I used foil….
  9. With your hand, sprinkle some of the crumb mixture on each breast. And press lightly into the chicken.
  10. Bake 375 for about 20 minutes or until the crumb mixture is starting to brown and the chicken is fully cooked
  11. Done....
  12. Doritos
  13. Panko
  14. Sriracha hot sauce
