1Boil the chicken breasts about 20 mins...till cooked through...set aside to cool...then shred
2In a large bowl of hot water...place the lasagna, just to make pliable...about 5 mins.
3in a sauce pan combine the crushed tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, olive oil, sugar, salt, pepper....simmer about 10 mins.
4add the shredded chicken to the sauce.
5mix the ricotta cheese and eggs(combine well)
6in a lasagna pan..( I use disposable ones)start building the lasagna....layer of "chicken sauce"...lasagna, ricotta mixture, sprinkle parmesan cheese and layer of mozzarella...repeat twice...finish with sauce then mozzarella...bake at 350 degrees 30 mins...let cool before cutting and serving....DELIGHTFUL
